Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. The location is unbeatable, right within the Diocletian Palace with easy access to everything. The dining was enjoyable in a quaint setting. However, noise from neighboring areas can be a minor nuisance at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, though they were just okay and nothing special. The location was quiet and very nice, right by Diocletian's Palace. The dining experience was adequate but somewhat disappointing. The service was delightful, with very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is what it is, maybe not ideal for a long stay, but perfect for a short one. The front staff are great.
The hotel has great views from the dated but comfortable rooms at an affordable price, though it was a bit cold. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to assist and being very friendly. The location is extraordinary, right in the historical center of Split, next to the ancient palace. The dining experience was perfect and included in the rate. Overall, a spotless and stylish hotel with exceptional service, situated in a perfect position for exploring the historical area.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean but also boasted amazing sections of Diocletian's palace wall incorporated into the room. The staff were incredibly responsive and made sure our every need was met. The location was fantastic, with easy access through a Roman Arch and being so central to everything we wanted to explore. The dining experience on the shady stone terrace was a delightful way to start each day. Although the room was quite small, the classical/art decor style made it charming, and for a short stay, the size was not a major issue.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and efficient, offering a beautiful view of the Old Town Square, the Silver Gate, and the palace and the church. While being close to seaside cafes and restaurants, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The service was exceptional, with the staff arranging a fantastic walking tour for us and being incredibly responsive to all our questions. The hotel's location inside the remains of Diocletian's 4th-century palace was spot on, just inside the gate, providing easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of options available. However, the second stay was a bit noisier than the first time. Despite this, it was still a great experience overall.
